Every employee at this store is very professional, friendly and always helpful. Each time I walk in, I’m always welcomed with a smile on their face. I go there at least weekly.The store is always kept very clean and organized.I really my UPS Store in Tooele.Thank you for always make me welcome!

I made a mistake of not following the instructions on my Amazon return, and the folks here were gracious enough to help me with packaging it properly. They could have asked me to resolve it on my own or charge me extra for packaging it themselves. I'll be sure to properly package my returns in the future so they don't have to go out of their way to correct it. Great customer service here without a doubt, and I won't hesitate to go here for my future needs.

Cannot believe it cost $1.00 for one strip of tape to tape my package! They told me that Amazon’s no longer reimburses them for tape. I wouldn’t either if it ends up costing $50+ for a roll of tape.

They get 2 stars because they have a convenient location for our county. Other than that, it's a 1 for me. Lived in the county for 4 years now and never had a problem until recently. Assume there's been some major change in leadership. This place will nickel and dime you like a middle of nowhere travel center. Last time I came in, I had a couple Amazon returns that needed to be packaged. I packaged and printed the labels, but thanks to the season, I had ran out of tape. They informed me that they now charge to tape the box. Considering it costs them probably like 5 cents I thought that was petty, but whatever. So I ask how much, expecting like 50 cents. They tell me it's $1.00. they then tape the box and label on and tell me it's $6.00. obviously I'm like what the hell?!?! They then tell me they charge $1.00 for every strip of tape.That by itself is ridiculously bad service, but it's not the only thing. I've had 2 other times they have tried to make me repackage a shipment and buy their packaging. Their copy pricing is ridiculous, and their shipping cost isn't competitive either.Whatever Scrooge has taken over here needs some serious introspection because the nickel and diming of your customers is not a realistic long term business strategy. You got a few extra dollars out of me, but you lost a customer for good.

The employees at this location are incredibly helpful! I had a few questions and needed some assistance with shipping some packages and they took care of me in record time! Came here from a failed attempt at USPS office down the street and was able to get my packages shipped!

Will not use this store ever again. Was quoted $96 and change to ship a package ground to my home in Georgia. Paid $62.23 UPS ground. When I got home I went to a post office and gave them the weight, dimensions and zip codes for shipping, priority ground was $60.80 and ground was $37.30. Almost $60 surcharge, talk about price gouging and if I could give zero stars I would.

If you hate ur job so bad you make the customers miserable CHANGE JOBS there hasn't been one acceptable "customer service experience" at this location in the past 3 years it's an absolute joke, miserable experience everytime so I actually only go to salt lake if ups is needed, also the manager needs to get off her high horse and realize she is just a bad person with a bad personality she is most definitely in the wrong business if that's how she is gonna treat people, me and my husband are always nothing but nice but wow just disgusting. **NOT RECOMMENDED LOCATION**(Next I'm going to get a patronizing response from the owner cause she can't own up and fix her establishment and our experiences)

UPS staff is always so helpful and friendly. I needed a passport photo. They were very conscientious about the photo quality. I have been going there for years and have never had a bad experience. Thanks for all you do.
