Alice was absolutely outstanding! I came in just 10–15 minutes before closing, feeling flustered and unsure how to package my item, especially when I realized there wasn’t a USPS box large enough. Instead of turning me away, Alice went above and beyond when she searched in the back, found an unused box that worked perfectly, and even helped me package everything up.
What really impressed me was how effortlessly she balanced helping me while also assisting another customer at the same time. She was warm, patient, and incredibly resourceful, turning what could’ve been a stressful situation into a smooth, positive experience. Alice’s customer service skills, problem-solving, and calm under pressure are top-notch!

Tried to get through their phone system to talk with a person and it would not let me. Ridiculous.

Ha ha ha ha this place is an absolute joke their carrier either stole my package or failed to do their job and get my package to the right address then they said it was delivered to a parcel locker then told me it was placed on my porch which I was home all day. Then the supervisor acts like it's no big deal to her. You can't trust this post office and their carriers
For anything. Typical government workers don't have pride in their jobs

The worst post office I’ve ever had the displeasure of using—and that’s saying something. The workers are so rude and unwilling to do the bare minimum for their job. The guy who works there will whine and complain whenever I need packages scanned in for shipping receipts. At this point it’s worth the time and gas money to drive to the Grantsville post office for my mailing needs. The workers THERE are actually kind and helpful and don’t mind performing their job duties.

Typical government agency pay $32 for an overnight package and not delivered. Get rid of post office and rely on an actual business like FedEx and UPS. When you want something done correctly don’t rely on a government agency, especially the post office.

Poor customer service. Amazon order. One attempt delivery and was held at USPS per customer request. I don’t not make this request.
9/23- initial visit to USPS and lady that assisted was very helpful. Advised package was not at location. Asked if I would like 2nd delivery attempt and I agreed.
9/24 - checked online tracking and called automated service. Both indicated package still held at USPS. No attempt to redeliver. Male at front desk was rude and wore his discontentment on his face. Asked for POD that another employees picked up. He had to get his supervisor.
She provided documents of pickup. I thanked them both and they both did not reply. Seemed bothered by my request.

I’ve lived in Tooele my whole life and this post office has never been great. Postal workers are rude and not well trained. I send a lot of mail through my work as well and certified mail is never handled correctly. Luckily they haven’t been sued yet because of their negligence. Today I found out that they didn’t even attempt to deliver a package I’ve been waiting on and said it was delivered to my house. It wasn’t and has been waiting at the post office for days. I never received a notice for pick up and they never showed up to my house. I have cameras. They lost my package!! They don’t listen to or correct address changes. I’ve requested many over the Years for my 1 address. I get lost mail often and lots of mail still from people who no longer live there.

They seem to hire people who don't know how to read. I'm constantly getting other people's mail and am still missing tax information. They are too lazy to use the mailbox i mounted on the house and will literallly leave the mail on the steps. My mail has been lost to the wind on many occasions or left in the rain. Typical tooele garbage. I can't wait to get out of this town.

Wow, I can’t even say I’m surprised by the horrible reviews on this place. Extremely rude and unprofessional people. I walked in today with my service animal, she was not in her vest for 2 reasons. 1- she just got back from the groomers and didn’t have it. 2- service dogs are not required to wear a vest. Many people aren’t educated on this, but it is not a requirement, nor is any identification. Even in federal buildings. ADA laws protect this. They protect people like me with disabilities from being interrogated. Now I can understand where the frustration lies when people lie about service dogs, which is why I’m normally respectful enough to have my dog vested even when I am not required to, Thankfully I had my card that states she is a service dog so I could show them, just to put their minds at ease. And incase you aren’t aware of the laws, I can be asked 2 questions by an Employee about my dog, which are (1) is your dog a service animal due to a disability and (2) what work or tasks has your dog been trained to do. That’s it. Again, Laws are in place to protect us from being judged or interrogated when we are just trying to live our lives as normally as we can. Moving on. I had a package delivered to the wrong address, I went in and asked for assistance. The guy, I’m not sure of his name, Hugh? Heith? Not sure. Started with an H. Asked me if this dog was a service dog, I told him yes. He looked over the counter and asked where her vest was, I politely explained exactly what I stated above. He still looked at me like I was lying. I then told him what her job was, and that it was protect me from ptsd attacks. He then chuckled and said “so, she’s a therapy dog? I said no, service dog. Let me just add here, ptsd is a real medical disorder and just because that might SEEM like something a companion dog would assist for, it’s not. She is a service dog. That’s not up for debate, or open for opinions. There is a difference between the two, and my dog has been trained as a SERVICE DOG and is protected under the ADA laws as such. After I tried to explain that to this man, he interrupted and YELLED at me in front of a bunch of other people and said THERE IS A SIGN ON THE DOOR. SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY. I told him to please research his laws before he gets in trouble. He proceeded to “help” me, and by that time he was so irritated that he literally told me “it says the package was delivered. So there’s nothing I can do for you.” As he threw his hands up in the air. I kindly asked (and at this point I’m in tears because I was so humiliated) what can be done since the package wasn’t delivered, he then treated me like I was lying and said “well our system says it is” … but it wasn’t. I asked him what I can do for a missing package and then he started to yell again and treat me like an idiot and say he can’t help me… I was treated differently and discriminated against after I had tried to protect myself and just explain the laws that protect me. I am in complete disbelief by the way I was treated by a federal worker. I will be taking further legal action. Stuff like this is exactly why these laws are in place. Question my dog? Fine. I get it. But treat me with disrespect and humiliate me because I had a service dog? Absolutely not.
