Best customer care I've had. Better customer service than corporate Verizon stores gave me. And they did it in less time than All the other 6 stores I went to trying to get my data plan back. I have been without data since November 3rd and felt like I was getting the runaround.

Amazing service! Went in not even sure I was going to get anything but after getting told their great deals upgraded my phone and got several other items! Erik, Red, and unfortunately I didn't get the name of the girl that was there were all an amazing help and got me the best deals possible

Went in got a phone. Told I had 15 day return policy. Took it back. Paid a restocking fee. Then it took them 3 weeks to send in the paperwork to Verizon’s head office. This was an issue because I was going to be charged for the phone because the head office didn’t know if the phone was actually returned. Anyways Verizon still charged me $120 for using the phone for a week.Verizon is a scam company with scammy practices and policies. I don’t suggest this 3rd party dealer and I certainly don’t advise using Verizon.

This store was very unhelpful. I was told we could take our modem back to any store and they refused to take it or even look at my account. Just flat out refused to help.

I went to this store yesterday and spent over $1000 dollars setting up new phonesOnly to get home and find out Mark did not properly backup our phone before factory reseting it he also did not properly set up her new phoneWhat a hassle take the extra time to go a different locationHorrible customer service

Walked in Friday and there were 3 individuals working at the time. One was helping a customer and the other two were just sitting there. We stood there for 15 minutes, not one person even acknowledged us. (This was the second time this happened at this location. I let the first one slide hoping it was just a bad day) No one said we will be with you shortly or even welcome to Verizon. I had been a customer for over 20 years with multiple phone lines. I left and transferred all my phones to AT&T yesterday. Very disappointed and hope they are able to fix this problem because they will continue to lose customers if they don’t.

Listen the only thing this store has been good for is charging me more money every time I come in. This is just a retailer not an actual Verizon which means they know squat jack. The girl convinced me I needed to try the stupid internet told me I could return before my trial was over to the store and they’d process the return. I have tried TWICE to return this dang thing but they apparently can’t be considered a “merchant” so I can’t actually return my router to them. My service since upgrading my plan has been AWFUL. Two dropped calls a day, can’t load my dang emails even. I don’t know I am so ANNOYED
