Just plain rude. The pharmacist or pharm tech was someone I had not seen before at the drive up. She cut of my sentences when I was talking, I never got 5 words in, and after trying to explain my insurance 3 times she turned off her speaker and waved at me to go without my meds. I never insulted, cursed or even raised my voice. Hopefully she was just having a bad day. But this store sucks anyway. The only reason why I go here is because my insurance makes me. Walgreens does not care about your business or your welfare. All they care about is their corporate contract with the insurance company.

Zero stars! What a pisspoor Pharmacy. Always have issues here. They never have this or they are out of that and there attitude is always a we don't care about your inconvenience. A shoulder shrug and an insincere "sorry". The Pharmacy is poorly managed and the employees are counting every second using every excuse to get on their lunch break. Pompous kid running the register said they couldn't give a flu shot because they were going on lunch in 9 minutes. I get flu shots every year and it takes all of 5 minutes. By the way, there was nobody waiting. Maybe in the drive through but I was the only one in the lobby. When I asked the manager how long it takes to get a flu shot, she had to check her watch to see what time it was before she gave me her answer of 30-40 minutes. Never using them for anything ever again. I suggest Holts.

Pharmacy is incompetent. Dropped off a prescription, waited forever while they entered my insurance they asked what time I wanted to pick it up, I said 7. That was hours later then the current time. I got there at 7:15, the guy told me they were out of it and after scurrying around they rounded up another brand of it and I had to wait for them to get it together. Then came time to pay, the guy said they don't have my insurance on file so they had to re-enter everything all over again. Once that was done, voila! My insurance only covers part of the other brand and then the expected me to pay $125 for it. I peeled out of that place so fast. WORST service I've ever received from a pharmacy. They still have my paper prescription sheet too! Go anywhere else in Tooele. Awful experience.

Left you sitting there waiting for your prescription why the staff is in the back seat and joking around. Don't care that they have customers waiting. And when you approach him about it They just get mad at you and say that you're a bother.

Worst service I have ever received from a pharmacy....afraid to have them fill further orders and have them mess it up and cost me my life someday (yes, it's THAT bad!)

Yesterday my in laws picked up a 3-month prescription for $268 with insurance. My wife found the same prescription at Costco for $66 without insurance. She took the in laws back today and asked for a refund on the unopened bottle, and they exercised the reserved right to not take the prescription back. So I'm exercising my right now. The is a great place to get medicine for four and a half times the normal rate. Worth it? Well, it depends on your attitude towards really sticking it to your insurance. I'm not saying don't shop here if you have the extra cash to burn, but BE SURE TO COUNT YOUR PILLS before you leave.

Staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond. Great deals if you watch the ads. It's not hectic like other places in town. Love to go there.
