I would have given zero stars if I could. Absolutely ridiculous and lazy pharmacists. First time I went there for my prescription they said that they couldn’t find it even though the prescription was sent two hours before. After asking them repeatedly to look again they said there’s a prescription here for the off brand but it can’t be filled for another few hours. They then said that my prescription would cost X amount without insurance. Fast forward, I called in for a refill and had no problem with refilling it the same day I called in. Now I called in for my last refill and was told it would be filled by 5pm July 3rd. My husband went at 7:40pm (July 3rd) to pick up the prescription and the same pharmacist from the first encounter told him it wouldn’t be filled until July 5th. The pharmacist gave the excuse that insurance wouldn’t pay for it an my husband asked how much it would be if he paid for it now and the pharmacist said it didn’t matter because they couldn’t fill the prescription. LAZY LIARS. After getting this last refill I will no longer be doing business with Walgreens.

I would have done zero!! Stars it’s so ridiculous I stoped there because there isn’t a quick stop gas station close by so I wanted to grab a Pepsi this is the 3rd time I have tried and there drinks are so empty all the time they have shelves after shelves emptied I don’t want a warm bottle of Pepsi you have a bunch of bottle Pepsi down the aisle but 2 Diet Pepsi and everything else is empty the 3RD TIME!! Never again will I come to this location

I went to get a passport They said they don't do them there because they weren't accepted by the government! I asked the employee about getting half-price on my pictures, and he asked if it was a coupon because he didn't know anything them. I don't Blame him. He was the only one there ,as far as I could see ,that was there, running the cash register, the videos, and I'm sure he was stocking.!! Way poor management, I felt sorry for him because I'm sure he felt as bad as he could feel!

Don't expect the pharmacy to pick up the phone. They like to pick up and put you on hold repeatedly. Also, if they have any deals advertised in store you have to specifically ask to get the price, otherwise it'll just be rung up regular price. After several visits I have yet to get any friendly service. I feel like I'm bothering them by being there.

Employees are lazy. Went to grab some stuff for the house and saw a few items on sale, decided for the price they were worth getting as a treat for myself. When I got to the counter they rang up regular price. The employee was unwilling to go look at the tags showing the sale and instead said that whenever I grab a sale and item I should grab the tag regardless of if there is still a shelf full of product. Sure the company won’t feel any loss from losing me as a customer, however, looking at overall rating this store sucks.

I hate leaving negative reviews and try to give places multiple chances with an open mind. But I’m adding to the unfortunate amount of bad reviews about the pharmacy. :(
I’ve been getting my meds from here for about six months, and am finally tired enough to switch to another pharmacy.
Same issues other reviews have mentioned: Getting alerts that meds are ready for pickup. Calling to confirm. Going to pick them up only to be told they are delayed and to come back the next day. This happened to me on two separate occasions. After coming back at the time specified, they still weren’t ready. My partner came back and was told they needed more time and to come back in an hour. He did and they told him he needed to try the day after and they would have them ready then. He came back the next day and this time they had to be reordered.
This most recent time a week went by after I filled my prescription. I got three separate notifications that everything was ready. When I got there, same deal as the last visit. They didn’t have them yet and said they had to be ordered in. I waited until they were supposed to be in, and had my partner go pick them up for me again. He got there for pickup and was told they didn’t have them, and they had to be ordered in…again.
I work in customer service and understand that things happen and sometimes they’re just plain out of your control. But from my experience, and the experience of many other people just trying to get necessities for their heath in a reasonable amount of time…it’s starting to seem careless and/or deliberate. There’s so much communication lacking from the techs. And when you do try initiate getting help with an issue the staff are so unfriendly and impatient. It doesn’t matter if you try to be understanding and polite. They really don’t seem to care about helping anyone out and folks are going without necessary medication because of it. 100% try your luck at another pharmacy with better feedback. The reviews are not an over-exaggeration. :(

If you don't mind having a pharmacy who won't read patient notes, treat you like they know more than you, and completely rude over the phone, this is the pharmacy for you. I say no, thank you.

Literally the worst pharmacy experience ever! My husband got his wisdom teeth removed YESTERDAY. I went to get his prescriptions and they said they were backed up, which I completely understood. It happens. The girl said they would call us before closing time to pick them up but they let us know too late, mind you we live about 5-7 minutes away. By the time I got there they were already closed and their systems were down even though it had barely turned 8 o'clock when I got to the back. Meaning they closed before 8! Now today I went to pick up said "ready prescriptions" early in the morning soon after they opened and only got ONE of them, so I told them there should've been TWO prescriptions and they said they had to put it in the system again because it wasn't ready!?? Mind you the 2nd prescription was the most important one he needed to start this morning to clean the wounds and prevent infections! NEVER COMING HERE FOR PRESCRIPTIONS EVER AGAIN! We needed those pain meds since yesterday not today, not tomorrow. They need to do better! It is now the afternoon and I just got them. Also other people were complaining that they also received late messages about their prescriptions as well. And it's not the first time it has happened.

The pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional. The pharmacist himself is nice and competent; but his staff is the worst!! They hang up on you mid call because they don’t want to do their jobs. When you call back you’re put in an endless hold loop. Go elsewhere if you can. This is probably the WORST Walgreens pharmacy in the greater Salt Lake/Tooele area!!

The male window order taker is un professional.No matter when I try to pick up an order.1. He never verified birthday2. It is always, "nothing come through." Have had alerts that the prescription is ready before he tells me this.It is to the point we avoid using Walgreens if possible. We only use them because of insurance.

Bought a pack of razors, less than 20 minutes later realized they were the wrong ones. Brought them back, unopened, with the receipt, and they refused to give me a refund. Could only do store credit?! Their website clearly states you have 30 days to refund items in their original packaging with a receipt, but they didn’t seem to think that mattered. Unbelievably frustrating, save your time and money and go literally anywhere else.
