I can't tell you how many times I've tried to call my local branch and the phone does nothing but ring.I stay with a bank that has local branches for a reason but if imma end up with someone out of the country anyways when I call I'll move my money to an online bank that has higher yield on any savings accounts.This also stems from my card expiring 12/31, and still not having a replacement 2/5.I know my money is a drop I'm the bucket but it's aj average of 6 figures a different bank can use.

This branch is far for providing a service to the customers. I have visited this place three separate occasions and I was never able to accomplish the purpose of the visit. Today all I wanted was to make a check deposit. They made it very difficult. I ended up using the mobile app and it was way easier.This is the only branch in town but I recommend staying way from it.

Terrible experiences. Was a victim of fraud and they did nothing to help me and did not protect my accounts or my money. Wasted my time when I tried to inquire about it. Always asked for more information but didn’t tell me what information they needed and then blamed me for anything

How can I do business with this company when they can't even be bothered to answer their phone. Called multiple times that wasn't back to back nor during peak hours to no luck. Even worse I call another location and same problem.*response, so now I gotta do extra leg work for you to get the point across to your branches that they should answer phones? ? got it. Thanks.

I’m about ready to close my account after close to 20 years with Wells Fargo. I’m a pretty easy customer- rarely come in to a branch and do all my bills online. I called today to ask for assistance with a one time payment I needed to make that was higher than my daily debit card limit. My son is getting surgery we have to pay for out of pocket in full prior to the surgery date. I was calling today to let them know I would like to make that payment tomorrow so they could watch for it and we could make sure the funds were available. After 45 minutes of my time they told me they will not increase the limit by an additional 1,500$ for me to pay the hospital tomorrow by phone. They are expecting me to go in and inconveniencing me further by getting a cashiers check then driving it an hour to the hospital. This is something that could be done simply over the phone. This is very poor customer service and I’m pretty annoyed, frustrated, and angry to say the least. Is this how Wells Fargo treats loyal customers of 20 years??? Apparently. Ridiculous. I’m about ready to take my checking, savings, and the accounts for my 3 teens elsewhere. My recommendation: don’t bank at Wells Fargo.As an aside: I’m lucky they even picked up the phone today. I tried calling 2 days ago and I tried 4 different branches here in Utah. All had a recording saying that their branch was unable to take phone calls with representatives at this time. It was during business hours. What kind of bank doesn’t even allow you to call and talk with a person?

I've been a loyal bank customer for over 10 years with this banking establishment & love it because it's so very convenient to me & will not leave this establishment!I love the service that I get from this bank!I also love how the employees greet me when I walk in the door!

Closed my accounts after 10 years with Wells Fargo. Local branch customer service is horrible, rude, untrained and come across as dishonest. Either completely ignorant or intentionally misguiding people. Will never trust this bank with a dime again. I highly recommend banking literally anywhere else.
