Can never get through to the actual branch. After 3 or 4 rings, the phone transfers you to a call center. Also, for the corporation in general, getting a replacement debit card can take anywhere from two weeks via snail mail, or 3 days if you pay an outrageous fee for expedited shipping. You can't get a debit card at the local branch unless you're opening up a new account. Seriously considering closing my account if things don't start to improve at this location in particular and with the company in general.

We've always had a great experience at this Zions branch. They've been helpful and courteous and we've banked here for over 10 years because of their great service.When we called recently (during tax season) and were transferred to the main customer service line we also got great help (from Kaitlynn) and she was also courteous. She handled our questions quickly and professionally.

Beyond unfriendly, talk about a bank that makes you feel unwelcome, it seem like it was such an inconvenience to need help here, taking my business elsewhere.

This is the absolutely worst bank. Closed on weekends, closes at 5, the app is terrible, chips stop working after only a few months. Awful

Zions is probably on of the worst banks I have had to deal with. I’ve had better experiences at Wells Fargo and that’s not saying a lot.... The staff is incredibly rude (except maybe 2 employees overall). I was a loyal customer for many many years but was sick of being mistreated and the horrendous customer “service” I received yesterday was the last straw. I closed every single account with them. Good luck keeping bank members with staff like that!

This bank is a joke. Their daily cash limits are ridiculously low, and the customer service department is clueless. Very poor experience.

Love the drive thru window so I don’t have to interact with staff members. They haven’t treated me nicely multiple times when I go into the building, acted like I wasn’t important or didn’t seem to care I was there.

I love this Zions branch. The employees are always friendly and many greet me by name. They are quick and efficient with my deposits and transactions.
