We stopped here for just one night on the way to our next national park. The room was clean and looked newly remodeled. The beds were comfortable. The bedroom was very small, but it had good pressure and hot water, so that was nice. The only problem was that it had only one small hook to hang a towel. This was not a problem for one night, but if you stayed longer, it could be a problem. I would recommend this place as a nice, clear place to stay.

Just what we were looking for! A small 10 room motel that seems like we stepped back into the 60's. Loved it.
Convenient, clean, quiet, and close to Capitol reef national park. Also close to some small local eateries
Rooms: No frills, quiet and clean place to spend a night or two.

This is a clean non- service kind of motel.
Located off scenic byway 12.
It is a quiet laidback spot to regroup before heading to Capital Reef National Park.
Rooms: Clean with Free WiFi
Nearby activities: Capital Reef National Park
Safety: Nice quiet safe spot
Walkability: You can walk safely here upon the road and take in the scenery.
Food and drinks: Food is a short drive away and there is a small store in town.
This is a remote little town !

Room was clean and updated.
Nice to have keyless entry. When we left in the morning around 8:30 I would have liked to go to the office to get a printed copy of my receipt and ask some questions about the area. I would definitely recommend this place to someone. Close to Capital Reef
National Park.

The room was great! It was big, clean and warm. There was plenty of room for 4 with suit cases. The beds were cozy with thick douvets. We were there in early January. The room was very well maintained. Parking was right outside the room (hence Motel) so loading up the car in the cold was easier. The water pressure in the shower was great, as well. It was a great place to stay to visit Capital Reef National Park.

I stayed in your motel Nov. 22-23, 2024 (#7) away but near town, quiet. From making reservations, access to room, password, amenities (including a real mug for coffee), clean beds, IMMACULATE floors, lots of towels, comfortable beds, good lighting, great shower, fridge, clean microwave, simple TV, ALL was right on target. One thing that was missing and would improve the room is installing handle bars in the shower stall. Old people love these....... I noticed because I am 85. Thanks for a wonderful experience. A big 10!

This was the perfect place to sleep for a night of astrophotography and a day of exploring Capitol Reef. Room was very clean, had everything we needed, and access was easy.

Excellent little motel! Base camp for National Park hopping. Comfy beds with mattress topper. Looked recently remodeled. Cute colorful shell chairs out front were a nice touch. Will definitely come back!
