Worst experience ever for a simple procedure. They quoted 1 hour and around $150 but ended up locking up shop that day without telling me that I would be without my car until the next day. After 2 days and $400 I finally got my car back.

Our car was overheating on the way between Idaho and Utah. We stopped by at 3:00 to have it checked, hoping we could limp the car to our destination.They got our car in immediately, diagnosed and repaired our car in an hour and a half, including ordering and getting parts from town.He also got coloring books, crayons, juice and snacks for our 3 young daughters who were stressed as our 3 hour trip was quickly turning into a 6 hour trip.They had some of the best customer service I've ever seen, it was greatly appreciated. It made a difficult situation much easier.

Oh my Goodness! K&N Automotive are fantastic! My girls and I were traveling home from Idaho and about 1/2 mile before the Tremonton exit I noticed a symbol on my dash that I had never seen before. I pulled off at the exit and parked at the Chevron and all sorts of weird things happened with the car… it was super late at night. We got a hotel and in the morning my husband told me to call K&N automotive.I spoke with Nathan and he was very kind. He told me if I could get the car there they would take a look and get it squared away. When I got the car there and dropped the car off , I was going to just wait because the hotel was a 55 min walk away, but Nathan kindly offered to drive me back to the hotel so my girls didn’t have to wait alone (don’t worry, my old red is old enough to watch the others). He also offered to pick me back up when the car was finished. They took care to be as quick as they could and kept me updated with pricing and what needed repairs. I would definitely give K&N Automotive 5 stars and recommend them to everyone!Thanks you K&N Automotive for being awesome!

We had a terrible accident the day after Christmas on our way back from Idaho to Colorado. Me and my 3 kids were traveling home from visiting family. We were left stranded on I84 with very little resources or knowledge of the area. Nate was gracious enough to listen to my story, let me have my vehicle dropped off after hours, and began working to try and get us back on the road as soon as possible. His work was exceptional and his price for the work done was absolutely more than fair. I was terrified of being taken advantage of as we were at the will of folks we didn't know in a place we knew nothing about. Nate took the time to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of, and went above and beyond the scope of regular work to have us up and running again in good time. I'm super grateful for everything K and N provided for us and would definitely recommend them for any auto care needs. Thanks again Nate, you were our Christmas angel!

Nov. 13th, 2023. How thankful we are! We have dodge diesel 3500 dually truck with a camper on top. The service was great. I was informed about our problem, cost and time frame of repair needed. True 2 their word was done in time they said and cost was exactly what they quoted me. No surprises here. Just good quality service all around. I am definitely recommending K & N Automotive Inc to all travelers that need repairs!Thanks a lot K & N Automotive! Your service was a amazing!

Money hungry, scam for things charging $175 for wiper blades when the blades are bran new. The services were fast for asking way over priced.

K&N took us in in a timely manner after our small motorhome broke down on the freeway! They treated us very well, and helped every way they could. Even gave us a car at no cost to go get lunch in town. Thank you so much!!!

Like other reviewers, I was stranded on the freeway after my fuel pump packed it in on a Saturday evening just outside of Tremonton (I'm from Montana). After asking around town, I received several recommendations - including one from another mechanic's shop! - to visit K & N Automotive, that they were the best in town. I was not disappointed. The team was able to get my car into the shop, had a diagnosis, acquired the parts, and had me back on the road in several days. On top of this, Nate (owner) worked hard to get the parts and labour covered under a warranty I didn't even realize existed on the faulty part; he even called weeks later to check up on the warranty claim. I've not dealt with too many businesses that are as organized as K & N, especially auto mechanic shops! Thanks for making what could have been a really frustrating experience just as easy as possible. You guys are great...cannot recommend you highly enough.Services: Auto engine diagnostic
