I don't understand why this company IN every state you go and get loaded is taken to mach time 😞 I am here 8:30 Am and is 3:35 PM and I don't get loaded yet and I don't know when I will be done here is not good this place for pick up load

This is Lineage. It’s a great company. They’ve never let me down. They always load and unload early. My appointment was at 6 PM, but I arrived at 1 PM. By 3 PM, I was already done and free with my load

***for a pickup PRE-COOL your reefer and be sure to have it at the right temp when you check in*** Call in to check in with their O018 number. They seem to accept regardless of how early you're for your appointment time but WON'T load you until the reefer is at the right temperature. Once they start loading, they move pretty quick.
The staging area/docks can be a little crowded if there are 2-3 trucks already parked. Also, trucks come in from both north and south of the yard, so be extra cautious while backing.

This time was ok. On appointment time i was loaded. They will load you early only if someone is missing their appointment, other then that was alright.

I had a recovery load it was supposed to be delivered on 10:00 am appointment I arrived at night paid late fee unloaded fast these guys did a great job

Checked in at 830 for 900 apt got door right away and was done loading before 1000 and from the check In office to the loader everyone is super friendly thank you guys 👍🏻

Appointments times are never on time and take forever to load a trailer
Inconsistent load times either takes 55 minutes or 6 hours

Waited about 20 mins to back to the dock. The guy that unloaded was very nice it took about an hour and a half wsit time on everything it is kinda tight backing if a lot of trucks are parked here. But truck stop is close by so not to bad

I arrived here the day before my appointment and checked in as instructed. The next day I dealt with Amy to get my truck loaded, she was very nice and professional and friendly. She was a breath of fresh air and made my day, real positive person. I got loaded earlier than my appointment. GREAT JOB FOLKS keep it up

They take 6 hours to load my truck I have 8 am appointment check in 7:30 am & load me 1:50 pm

It's a typical cold storage, it was about 4 hours from time of arrival to loaded and leaving. Losing started 2 hours after arrival
