He pumped the septic tank and removed a drain blockage, even walking through the process for next time. He is a one-man operation without a scheduling system, so projects take more time, but he gets the job done. Whirlaway was very helpful, notifying customers of arrival. Clynn quoted over $100 less than a competitor for next-day tank emptying, found and dug up the lid himself, and didn’t add on a complex inspection. He checked for scum rings and holes, advising a plumber or DIY fix. A competitor recommended a costly new tank and leach field, but the county health department said major work was unlikely. Customers added a significant tip and passed along a hearty recommendation.
