The Bullberry Inn is a bed and breakfast known for its exceptionally kind and hospitable owners, who are described as amazing, lovely, hard-working, and generous. The service is frequently highlighted as excellent, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making guests feel comfortable. Many visitors plan to return and recommend it to others. The rooms are generally found to be clean, nice, and with comfortable beds for resting after hiking. However, some reviews note the rooms are average, mentioning minor maintenance issues like wobbly steps or needing paint. A specific point is made about the upstairs suite's air conditioning, which must run constantly to cool lower floors. Breakfast is consistently praised as delicious and excellent, with items like omelets, toast, yogurt, granola, and berries. The location is very convenient for visiting Bryce Canyon National Park, with drives ranging from 12 to 22 minutes to trailheads. While nearby dining options are limited, a decent BBQ is close by, and a Starbucks is across the road. The area also offers spectacular stargazing at night.

Emily and Joe were wonderful hosts. The breakfasts were great. The location is close to Bryce Canyon NP but away from the traffic of Bryce Canyon City. Great place to stay!
