I've been coming here everyday for years. I bought a beer and not even a few minutes after leaving and driving home, it exploded. I came in and asked if I could replace it and I was told no. Considering it was a 32 Oz and didn't get no drinks, but one swig. This is bs, and you guys won't be getting my service anymore. Atleast when the old, tall, and skinny white lady works there. Bad service

Worst 7-11 I've ever been to. In fact worst experience I've ever had in any convenience store anywhere.I went in today to buy 2 packs of cigarettes. I selected the $1 off Marlboro Gold's, because with the $1 off per pack, plus the advertised $2.40 off for buying two packs, it makes them $4.40 cheaper.I've been buying these same cigarettes at the other 7-11 for the last few months, specifically because of these stacking discounts.But today at this 7-11 it didn't ring up the $2.40 off, so I politely asked why and the woman with the short brunette hair claimed its because they're $1 off packs.I told her I didn't understand because they're the exact same packs I've been buying for months at the other 7-11 and I've always recieved the discount before, that's specifically why I buy them.So I asked her to go ahead and cancel it so I could goto the other 7-11, since she had said there was nothing she could do, and this crazy woman literally started shouting at me and telling me "not to tell her she doesn't know how to do her job."I pointed out I never said that.I just said that I was going to go to the other store instead because I know they're cheaper there, and she just kept escalating further, shouting at me that I was a liar and the discount wouldn't be any different at any other 7-11 and that I was implying she didn't know how to do her job.At this point I was pretty upset and completely astonished that this woman was throwing a complete hissy fit and calling me a liar simply because I didn't want to pay an extra $2.40, when I knew for a fact I could get them at the store around the corner with the advertised discount included.I pointed out to her that she was acting like a complete lunatic and started to leave.Then she said to call her manager and ask if I didn't believe her, and I said not to worry I would definitely be calling her manager, at which point she started shouting to go ahead and do it and shouting about how she doesn't even need this job because she's supposedly got another job already.This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.It is unacceptable for an employee to verbally accost a customer in any circumstances, but especially when all they did was ask her to cancel a transaction because they could get it cheaper at the other store.This woman became completely unhinged and verbally accosted a customer in front of a full store of other customers.She also obviously knows her behavior was completely out of line because I never said a word about her losing her jobWhen she told me to call her manager, I simply assured her that after all this I would be, and she immediately stated in response that she didn't care because she already had another job so she didn't need this one.So she seems to be fully aware that she could be terminated for her outrageous behavior, and in my opinion she absolutely should be.Anyway long story short I went to the other 7-11 and bought the same cigarettes and wouldn't you know it, they applied the additional $2.40 discount there (just as they have dozens and dozens of times before).On top of that when I told this story to the employee at the other store, a Hispanic man standing in line behind me told me he never goes to this store because when he went in here in the early morning he claims one of the employees was using racial slurs and vulgar language which he found very offensive, so he never went back.Whoever the owner of this store is needs to sit down and think about the kind of store they want to run and the kind of employees they want representing them.Having employees saying racist slurs and using vulgar language in front of customers (according to another guy).Having employees screaming at customers and calling them liars (according to me, check your cameras).I'll certainly never come back here again and I'll be filing a report with corporate as well as the BBB.I may even take out an ad in the local paper detailing these events so the good peo

Sometimes this place gets a little crowded but they have everything I need from a convenience store and the employees are helpful and friendly. I like that they have the reward program because we visit almost daily.
