My storage was broken into twice the gate was broken for months and I lost 1000s of dollars worth in tools and stero equipment. They did nothing to help make it right. And their security cameras were "down" and got nothing on tape.

Wouldn't even answer their messages or return a call when I was looking for storage. Not to mention the facility itself is tiny if you need to se a trailer or uhaul you will never be able to fit through there.

3 stars only because of the condition of the units, the dirt drive and the lack of snow and ice removal.The rental process was pretty simple and all automated online.

Great storage facility and owner is very nice! Prices are affordable and the units are very well kept. The best part about this place is that it is 24/7 so you can acess it whenever you want. Also video surveillance for security.

I can't say enough about this place. I found them online and was able to secure a storage unit within minutes. I was emailed shortly after and provided an access code and voila! The system they have in place is perfect for someone like me and their customer service really is second to none. Thanks AAA Preferred Storage!

AAA Preferred Storage is a great organization. I've been storing with them for 4 years now. I live out of state and need to keep items in the area. The staff at AAA are very accommodating for that 4 years in helping me with managing my account long distance.
