** they are rude to both animals and the owners, go to countryside vet if you have the option**
Went there because my dog had a mysterious hole on her side, we got there and were ignored for about 5 minutes then told to come back in a couple hours so we did. we got back in the back room and the doctor or nurse comes in and without talking, petting, or even acknowledging my dog at all she grabs her leash and PULLS my dog, i took the leash back and told her my dog is scared of the vet and she needs to be talked too and the lady didn’t care. they then try to put a slip leash on and tried to literally DRAG my dog to the back room, my boyfriend told them no and that he would get her back there and he was met with JUDGEMENT by the end of it they sent us on our way with just a bottle of pills. no stitches, no wrap, no CONE, AND it was $200. i did tell them to give me a cone because she’s a DOG with an open wound. they are RUDE to the pets there and they don’t care about the owners either. GO TO COUNTRYSIDE VET !!!!!!!!

Ashley vet was amazing and helping us take care of our standard poodle who had a fox tail incident. The vet was very knowledgeable the staff was extremely friendly the place was very clean and I will definitely be bringing the rest of my pets there in the future

I took my dog here because she had diarrhea for three days. We think she got in to something. They wouldn’t even see my Cleo or give us any advice to help her feel better. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star but had too in order to post

In the past I didn’t have great experiences with this place but for the last few years they have been amazing to me . I drive from the city to pick up meds for my cat . It’s far less expensive to drive out and pay for the shots than it would to take him to the vet where o now live . Every one is very nice and I absolutely adore Janetta

My first experience there was great, however I'll never take my pets there due to my most recent experience when I had called to attempt to get an appointment for my 7 day old puppy who had a broken foot and the inside was completely exposed. I was told I couldn't get an appointment for a few weeks, and when I said I didn't think the puppy would survive that long, the response I got was "oh that's so sad, I'm sorry!" Never will I go back there again!
Thank God for Countryside! I literally just walked in and the vet walked straight out to see us before we could even sit down in the waiting room. The ladies in the front as well as the vet at Countryside were all amazing!

Called with an emergency, goat got attacked by dog, and they had 1 1/2 until they closed and told me they couldn't help.
