It's not worth the hassle I stay with them because they have good service in the basin. But every time there's an issue with my account or an issue with equipment they turn a mole into a mountain and it's absolutely horrendous to fix every time cost me hundreds of dollars and it lasts months and I am so tired of it

Showed up to drop off my phones for trade in ant the Vernal store, already bought 2 phones and a watch. No one in line in front of me and manager eventually half heartedly said someone will be right with me. 10 minutes later he left for the day and I waited an hour. The manager is rude and dismissive. When I finally was helped, Alexa was awesome.

Had a great experience with our sales rep. She was friendly and took the time to figure out how to save us $170 per month on our bill. She helped my husband trade in his phone for $700 credit toward our new phone. What a gem this woman was in the vernal Utah att store.

They have about 6 different employees and within a few weeks, I was able to be helped by 4 of them. It gets busy during rush hour, after school, and when towers go out haha. I changed my mind about what phone I wanted twice and switched to a different plan. In the end, I got the phone I wanted with only 100$ left on it to pay. When the towers were down and service wasn't working, the store filled up with people who had questions. They handled it quickly and were very polite to each customer. Even their phones were ringing non-stop but it never slowed or halted their time with me.
