“We have used B&D several times for repairs on fifth wheels over the years and they have always been great. This time was especially above and beyond. We were hooked up ready to leave on vacation and our kitchen slide quit working. I called John he said bring it in the following morning and they would look at it. They had it repaired by 10:30! We were on the road. Taylor and all the staff were great! Did everything they could to get us going. No other dealer has been so accommodating!! Thank you B&D!!”

“I took my 2015 Kia Sorento into Craig’s Pitstop in Vernal, Utah, and had a genuinely great experience. I brought in my own parts, and Treven Mitchell—the owner—was very honest and upfront from the start. He explained that while they guarantee their labor, they can’t warranty parts not purchased through them, which is completely reasonable.
They replaced several parts for me, including the entire AC unit. Later, one of the parts I provided failed, and even though it wasn’t their responsibility, Treven went out of his way to replace it for free. He was kind, quick, and professional throughout the entire process.

“I purchased a ford fusion through heritage and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Matt was awesome, even though I almost ran a red light on my test drive (my bad on that - i was nervous) He was very knowledgeable and made the process very simple but informative. Harold might be the best man I know (right next to Matt) he walked me through all the financials so I understood what was going on and was very patient and helpful while doing so. I took it to the service department to get recalled parts replaced. Kristen and Chase were amazing as well. Kristen was very helpful and explained the process clearly and how it would work in the future. Upon them learning I would be walking to work, cause I’m poor at planning. Chase offered to give me a ride. What the heck?? Very cool of him! I accepted and he took me to work. The whole team at Heritage is very professional and efficient, I was blown away. You can very much tell they want to provide the best service possible on your terms and go above and beyond doing so. Thanks guys!”
