“Heaton did a lift on my new truck. Several months later, a sensor went out. A wire had been routed incorrectly. Warranty wouldn't cover the repair because it was determined to have been caused by the aftermarket work. Heaton made NO excuses. Apologized for the error and made the $500 repair free of charge. This is an unusual experience these days. Because they are honest and stand behind their product, I will always be a loyal customer. ?”

“Sunday morning, 1am, blown tire on my front drive axle. Not an ideal situation lol. Tyler had me lined out immediately. No charge for waking him for the phone quote. The after hours rate was competitive. He gave me options and executed the repair quickly and professionally later that morning and would have done right then and there, but luckily i had finished my shift when it happened. By noon, on the same day, I was ready to make money again for night shift like it never happened. You got my business for sure! Highly recommend!”

“On my way to Salt Lake City my car suddenly flashed on all of it's dashboard lights and then just simply shut down. Way to ruin a perfectly good weekend! Lucky for me, my car was towed to Rocky Mountain Repair. Being new in Vernal I did not know what to expect. I checked Google and found one customer review which thankfully was favorable. I called and spoke to Lon, who was very fair in his explanation of what I should expect. When all was said and done, my car was running as good as new, I was treated with dignity and respect, and I was (and am) an extremely satisfied customer! Having worked in customer service my standards are pretty high, but the folks at Rocky Mountain Repair not just met but actually exceeded all of my expectations. I cannot recommend them enough.”
