“Was on my way back to Colorado from a trip got a flat around 2 o’clock in the morning website says emergency repair they did do but I did not want to disturb someone at night so wait till the morning time right when they opened (on a Saturday )and I had called him told me that he had one tire left in stock that fit my rim and said he could be out here within 45 minutes showed up was on time young man that helped me deserve a tip knocked it out and got me back on the road in no time flat. Professional understanding on site tire change incredible in all reality. The price was great for what they did. Thanks”

“I took my 2015 Kia Sorento into Craig’s Pitstop in Vernal, Utah, and had a genuinely great experience. I brought in my own parts, and Treven Mitchell—the owner—was very honest and upfront from the start. He explained that while they guarantee their labor, they can’t warranty parts not purchased through them, which is completely reasonable.
They replaced several parts for me, including the entire AC unit. Later, one of the parts I provided failed, and even though it wasn’t their responsibility, Treven went out of his way to replace it for free. He was kind, quick, and professional throughout the entire process.
Shoutout to Treven and the team at Craig’s Pitstop for their integrity and excellent service.”
