“Heaton tire is great. I called around asking for pricing to get my tire pressure sensors changed. Not only did they do it for a very fair price, the also went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I told them I would program them myself, but they went ahead and took care of it for me. I'll be back. Big thanks to the team at Heaton Tire!”

“Needed tires for my 2500 GMC during a cross country trip. Stopped in late in the day on a Thursday and got pricing on a set of Continentals and had them installed on Friday. Final price was less than quoted and install was the fastest I've ever experienced. Very pleased with this shop and so far, with the tires as well.”

“I've been on the road for a month and yesterday. My car told me I was having charging problems. I'm near vernal utah, and I went to shop 18. Travis got me in right away, ran diagnostics, took me back into the shop to show me what he was seeing. He found a battery for me from a nearby shop and had me on my way quickly. Not only was this a desirable result from my car, it was an enjoyable experience. How often can you say that about visiting a mechanic? Highly recommend Shop 18!”

“I highly recommend Big O Tires in Vernal for mechanic work! I took my car in for some pretty extensive repairs, including the rack and pinion. There were a few delays with parts, but none of that was their fault. Throughout the entire process, everyone was incredibly kind, communicative, and accommodating. They even worked late to make sure my car was finished on time. I had also brought in an additional part on a whim, hoping they could install it, only to discover that I had ordered the wrong one. They went above and beyond by ordering the correct part and taking care of that repair, too. They truly did everything they could to help me and made a stressful situation so much easier. The entire team is the bee’s knees! If you need tires or any type of mechanic work done, Big O Tires in Vernal is absolutely where I would go.”

“I have loved working with Master Autotech in Vernal, Utah. Scott and his team are amazing! They are very knowledgeable and have tons of experience. He stayed late to help with a flat tire, found an additional issue, pointed it out to me and bent over backwards to find parts and came in on his day off to get it fixed so we could go on a scheduled family trip.”

“My family and I were moving from Wyoming to New Mexico when one of our cars’ transmission started slipping really badly. We got towed into Vernal and brought to Craig’s. Treven and the team got our car in, looked at, and diagnosed in under an hour. When our second cars’ battery died in his parking lot, he didn’t hesitate to put that car in as well for a new battery. On an extremely busy afternoon, Craig’s team managed to get both our cars up and running in the middle of our long distance move. I highly recommend them to anyone needing service in the Vernal area.”

“Shop saved my trip. Jeep was overheating. Stopped there thinking it was a parts store to buy coolant. Learned it’s a service store. Mgr asked why, and then volunteered to look at my jeep. Found out I was visiting town with my son and got me in immediately and replaced the thermostat in less than three hours. I knew it was either that or the water pump. Coming from a much bigger city, I was already planning on having to rent a car and either come back for it the following week or extend my trip by multiple days.”
