“Heaton tire is great. I called around asking for pricing to get my tire pressure sensors changed. Not only did they do it for a very fair price, the also went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I told them I would program them myself, but they went ahead and took care of it for me. I'll be back. Big thanks to the team at Heaton Tire!”
“Outstanding knowledge and service. Very professional and I shall be traveling from Moab because of the service received. If you need truck tires go to the folks that know how.”
“Needed tires for my 2500 GMC during a cross country trip. Stopped in late in the day on a Thursday and got pricing on a set of Continentals and had them installed on Friday. Final price was less than quoted and install was the fastest I've ever experienced. Very pleased with this shop and so far, with the tires as well.”
“These guys were amazing. I had an appointment at another place for an alignment and they didn't put it in there computer. I called these guys and they got me right in and had my suv done within the hour. They were very nice and it was being ran by all men and they didn't treat me different because I was a women. Some places do that, girls you know what I'm talking about. Hands down I will use these guys Everytime and their prices were fair. I highly recommend it”
“I highly recommend Big O Tires in Vernal for mechanic work! I took my car in for some pretty extensive repairs, including the rack and pinion. There were a few delays with parts, but none of that was their fault. Throughout the entire process, everyone was incredibly kind, communicative, and accommodating.
They even worked late to make sure my car was finished on time. I had also brought in an additional part on a whim, hoping they could install it, only to discover that I had ordered the wrong one. They went above and beyond by ordering the correct part and taking care of that repair, too.
They truly did everything they could to help me and made a stressful situation so much easier. The entire team is the bee’s knees! If you need tires or any type of mechanic work done, Big O Tires in Vernal is absolutely where I would go.”
