“Heaton did a lift on my new truck. Several months later, a sensor went out. A wire had been routed incorrectly. Warranty wouldn't cover the repair because it was determined to have been caused by the aftermarket work. Heaton made NO excuses. Apologized for the error and made the $500 repair free of charge. This is an unusual experience these days. Because they are honest and stand behind their product, I will always be a loyal customer. ?”

The next day I was there getting my new tires. Their customer service is amazing. They treated me like I was important, not 'just' another customer. They also do alignments. My new go to place for tires.”

“I had a emergency flat .. And the guys took amazing care of me. I some how picked up a trailer pin.. Yes the big thick one in my tire and couldn't leave work they came to me and was able to get enough air in it to get me to the shop and had me fixed and on my way in 20 min.. “Sunday morning, 1am, blown tire on my front drive axle. Not an ideal situation lol. Tyler had me lined out immediately. No charge for waking him for the phone quote. The after hours rate was competitive. He gave me options and executed the repair quickly and professionally later that morning and would have done right then and there, but luckily i had finished my shift when it happened. By noon, on the same day, I was ready to make money again for night shift like it never happened. You got my business for sure! Highly recommend!”
“I showed up without an appointment at 9am Monday morning, and they had me fixed and out by 11am. They test drove before the repair, and after the repair, I mean a proper test drive! I needed a new caliper. $150 out the door, included the initial inspection, and they had to take the wheels off twice. Very pleasant, helpful, and fair. Brakes like a champ now. I have an AWD lifted Astro Van. Thanks so much!”
