I hit my elderly senile great grandma with my 2008 Nissan Xterra. left a big ole dent in the hood where her head bounced off it. My truck had minor damage to the body and tailgate. Although these defects were minute, Basin Collision Repair made it a top priority to get my truck in and out in a timely manner to get my truck back on the road. The insurance paperwork was quick and painless as the staff handled most of it.The front desk ladies were very knowledgeable about the progress of my truck and insurance information. They had great attitudes and a willingness to help my high demands regarding timeliness. My truck looks fantastic and looks better than the factory paint. I don’t even notice any damage. Basin Collision Repair did an amazing job from start to finish with my car! I was not familiar with how to work with the insurance company & they dealt with the insurance company for me & got everything squared up on that end. My car looks brand new & they even cleaned it inside & out for me! They were timely & very professional. The staff was amazingly helpful & kind. I definitely recommend them & I will return to them if I have any other auto body repairs.

I had a window motor go out while I was in Vernal. I needed to get home to Price but didn't want to drive with the window down the whole way. I called and they told me to come in right away and they would make it so I could get home. They were so fast and let all the kids go potty and gave them a snack before we got back on the road! I would recommend Basin Collision a hundred times over! They truly care about their customers!
