Average place for western wear, clothing prices were much higher than I expected and selection smaller… albeit they advertise they are a “boot” barn. Next time I’ll pass and go to Cal-ranch

Horrible service. Can't refund items when they display them as a pair and try to ring them up separately. Vert dissatisfied with the employees mainly the manager.

want to say, I give your Vernal Utah store a zero. Just Wow! Went into the store around 3 p.m. today. A younger male and female were at the front counter. NEVER NOTICED OR ACKNOWLEDGED THAT WE WERE EVEN IN THE STORE. We were shopping for purses which was near the front counter. The arrangement of purses was terrible. Had to take them all off the peg since they were all tangled up. Didn't find what we were shopping for. Next went to explore wrangler pants. With some difficulty I could not find what I was looking for. As we exited the store the two employees still had not acknowledged our presence. There was welcome to our store, no may I help you find anything, no thank you for shopping Boot Barn. And obviously they were not concerned if we had found what we were looking for. I don't plan to ever return to this location. It's a zero rating.

This establishment is a joke. Zero customer service skills from young girls. They can't keep track of any digital record properly. Called me a liar. Then put up a front as though I falsified my purchases. EVEN THOUGH I ATTEMPTED TO SHOW MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT!!!I would be very careful about what you purchase here...and never take any of their advice in boot fitment or return...refund... exchange...or warranty information.....many of these little girls working here have no clue what they are doing.
