They really helped out when car troubles stranded me, with a blown transmission. It was under warranty they made everything happen and helped me out along the way. The owner Trevon even called local hotels to get me a better rate. The car runs great now!!!

I was on a road trip and taken my car to my dealership to have it checked before I left. Turns out they never inspected it and I needed emergency work due to my whole car shaking below 50mph. I stopped at Pit Stop just before they opened and they got me in right away to have a look at my car. Turns out the alignment was way off since I bought it from the dealership 2 years and I desperately needed an alignment and a new set of tires. He let me know everything else was ok and sent me over to a local tire shop to get me fixed up and on my way. It was refreshing going to a shop and dealing with an honest mechanic. I highly recommend this place. They were honest and quick.

Treven was knowledgeable, thorough, and fair!! Great customer service!! I was in the Vernal area when I broke down and Treven took me in spur of the moment and got me back on the road the same day. I would definitely travel back to the area specifically for him to work on my truck!!

After my experience and talking with others in town they stay consistent on faulty parts and blaming the part store. After the 3rd time of my parts going out that they replaced I was refunded, after that the new owners family found my personal Facebook and referred to me as “Bottom Feeding Trash”. Customer service is rude and unprofessional. Personally would recommend taking your car to Advanced towing especially if you have little kids that ride in your vehicle. They heard the situation and with it being 100 degree weather got me in right away since I have two small children and on a single parent budget. The problem is the compressor so it’s super frustrating having to go through this whole process of getting a new one again after this business claimed to replace it only weeks ago. So thankfully I got a refund or I’d be out even more! One other thing I noticed with Craig’s is the receptionist rounds up the cash so watch out for that and keep those receipts! ?? Also I paid with cash.

My Class C RV developed a shake in the backend, and was leaking oil from the differential while driving Hwy40.
Treven took me in immediately and quickly found both the cause of the leak and the shake. Had me fixed up and ready to go within 24 hrs.
Also offered me a loaner while I was stuck in town.
Could not be happier, with the service or cost.
