I came in at 6:50 on a Saturday night, looking to buy a new phone, and set up a new account. The employee seemed annoyed that I was coming in just before closing. He told me the system automatically shuts down at 7, and he couldn't get it working again. I left at 6:56

I went in to get a new phone and the employees where both obviously high, any time I would ask a question about my phone they couldn’t help me. I sat in the store for two hours with my sister and two kid I could tell they couldn’t help me so we left and set up my phone my self not knowing how to fix the problem, I then received a message say they charge my card the due amount to keep my phone on, but as I told them I needed to be on my family plan that seemed to be to much of a hassle. NOT going back.
