The team at Eastern Utah Insurance have been great! If I ever have a question or concern about my policy, I know they will have the answer. They have been so knowlegable and willing to take the time to make sure I have all my questions answered. Highly recommend!

If I could separate the ratings, I'd rate my agent a 5 but this company a 0. I love my agent, but the people in the front office seem like their only job is to prevent me from talking to my agent. If I go into the office, they won't let me go back to talk to my agent. If I call, I'm ALWAYS told my agent isn't available and will have to call me back. But when I see my agent at the store or something, he tells me he never got the message. I don't even see the point of all those secretaries except to drive up the cost of my insurance. They certainly don't do anything helpful for me. I used to be able to call my agent directly. I want that back. I don't want to have to deal with the front office staff. I want to deal with my agent and only my agent. If this company can't let me talk to my own agent when I need to, I'm going to switch companies.

I have been doing business with Eastern Utah Insurance for as long as I can remember. They are a great company to do business with. Josh Harbison is the best, he is always quick to respond and take care of my requests. Such a professional person. Claudia and Jason only have the best employees working for them. I highly recommend using this insurance company.

The people are friendly but I've had my payment dates changed 3 times without my knowledge or consent and charged for it, I asked them one time to do my payment a day later since I didn't have the finances so they took me off autopay and didn't inform me of it so the next month I got charged a fee again because no one informed me that I had to call to make the next payment. Instead of calling me they call my fiance even though every time I've contacted them I've told them to call me for everything and not him. Every month I have some weird issues with them that shouldn't be happening.

I was so excited when I met Elisha with Eastern Utah Insurance. She worked very quickly and was absolutely amazing to visit with while obtaining a quote. I ended up switching all my Insurance to Eastern Utah by the end of the visit for a savings of almost $800 a year and the coverage is the same!

Done business with them for years. Great prices, customer service, always willing to help with all insurance needs and questions. Elisha, Jason, Josh, and Claudia are some the best around!! Definitely recommend them to anyone look for a great company to fulfill all you Insurance needs!
