This fedex is definitely running a scheme. Packages aren't being delivered, delivery driver is taking vague photos of random porch as "proof of delivery" but somehow sending the actual photo of your house to the seller, no one seems to ever have any answers. Theft is happening here and what is fedex going to do about it?

The best thing that could ever happen to FedEx would be for them to not even exist. What a horrible experience EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to deal with them. Absolutely hands down the worst company of all companies. 100%

I need to find out about shipping cold packages. FEDX is such a asked up company you can't even talk to a person. I will not use them they should be placed out of business

Please avoid using Fedex -- they don't deliver packages and make it impossible to retrieve them. Their customer service will laugh at you and then hang up -- no swearing, toxicity, or anything needed: it's just the way they do business.

The robotic answering machine will never let you talk to anyone so don't even try to call. Makes fed ex look bad.

Just FYI they dont actually have any shipping materials. I waited for someone to come help me for ten minutes. Then was informed I could go to the post office to get a box and shipping label. Then bring it back and they would ship it.
