Poor communication between FedEx, customer service, and the local drivers. Paid extra for expedite services and specific instructions. None of which was met. Customer service, although was nice was almost impossible to communicate

Terrible customer service. I live in small town USA. My package was delivered to the next small town USA. If only I could contact their local office we could figure this out. Instead I have to reorder from the shipper and go through all this again. UGH..

Can’t find my porch door. Keep delivering things to nowhere or the neighbors house. Use Google maps!!
