As a business we have been telling them for 3 years to take it back to our receiving part of our warehouse house and they continue to use the wrong door and our customers carts. Worst people to deal with for paragon every ups dont listen either

Fedex delivered my package to someone , just not me . Now im out 200 dollars because ebay says package delivered. This is just crazy , the photo uploaded by the driver wasn't my door. Social media shows this is more than just a single issue . FedEx needs to investigate this driver.
