I called them with a question, and the service was really bad. It was as if they hated working there. They were very blunt and curt.

I would give negative stars if I could. I bought a used ps5 controller, salesman told me if it had any problems within 30 days to just bring it back. One week after the purchase and about an hour of use it quit working. Took it back to exchange it and they said they can’t do that cause I didn’t buy the warranty. But they would give me $10 off in store credit for it. lol, what a joke. I won’t be going there again.

The customer service at this location isn’t the best. The staff aren’t friendly and inviting to visitors. I think it’s a management issue.

The salesman when I went in was very rude I had an Xbox controller he told me that it was a little damage so he'll give me five bucks for it I walked out the door gave it to my friend he went in with the same controller and the guy offered him $10

Found a $60 game for 18 bucks Yes because it was pre-owned but the disc was perfect condition. Don't let places like this die they need your business so they deserve your business If your true gamer always come here
