I ordered a couple cases of cans of my favorite pre-workout inside the local store to be shipped to my address since they were out of stock. They were buy one get one half off so I ordered two of them. One showed up but the second one never did. I contacted both the store and customer service but they both just kept telling me that the other one would have to help. So after paying for a product I never received I will be finding the product elsewhere. UPDATE: After a few emails back and forth and this review they finally decided to ship me my missing case of product.

They don't have a bathroom for costumers and they don't know much about the products they selling.

9/11 at 11:50 am I had a few questions about amino acids And these girls didn't know anything ,I ask about difference between different products And she just told me that it might be different ingredients , When I end up choosing The one that I was about to purchase I ask her if I should Take it once or twice a day ? And she looking me straight to the eyes saying "I don't know".It wasn't just that she didn't know anythit's ,also her lack of desire to help me choosing the right product. She never left the computer. I don't know what she was doing But I was the only customer in the store the entire time.At the end, I put the product back. Because I didn't want to buy anything from her. So as I was leaving passing right next to her I say "ok thank you" , And she didn't even have the courtesy to say bye, or thank you. Is horrible customer service

i go there everyday before work cause i know i'm going to need a few energy drinks jessica and kylie are the best workers they make sure that you are their first priority and they will stop what they doing if you need help with anything they always has a smile on their facese whne ever you walk in they are doing a fantasic job

Picked up some Amazon packages here. The clerk was very friendly and helpful and even told me that packages are usually delivered around 10:30 AM so now I know when to come.

I was skeptical to go to another GNC after going to others a few years back and they always told me that they didn't have anything to help me. Well I'm glad I went to the One in vernal. I spoke to Laura and told her what I was looking for and she was very knowledgeable. The more I told her about my medical issues and so on, she got a better idea of what I needed. She answered all my questions and was very thoughtful. If it wasn't for Laura I wouldn't have got what I came into the store to give. Thank you again Laura!!
