I LOVE this place! EXCEPTIONALLY polite and patient with me. I have brain damage and hadn't had a checking account in ages, hadn't balanced a checkbook in thirty years. Am starting over at almost 67 years of age.They are never condescending. (This was NOT true of Zions when I gave up on having an account there.) You know the building and loan in "It's a Wonderful Life?" It's like that. They know their customers by their first names. I don't care that I can't stuff cash into an ATM here. Seriously, it can wait until the drive-thru opens!

Grand Valley Vernal, Utah branch continually makes charges and withdrawals from my account, that I am not making. My husband has account there, and I have my own different account there also. They are always taking money out of my account and giving it to him and putting charges on my account that go on his account. I will be removing my savings and checking accounts from them within the next few days.

Doing business with this local bank is easy! I'm an accredited investor and most larger banks have so much red tape to get anything done.

Asked for a copy of check cashing procedures and was denied. All the employees could say is we are not required to help you. I've cashed checks from the same person for over a year. Shouldn't have been an issue. So when I asked for policies or rules for my account they declined and were not even willing to tell me where I could find them. Very poor customer service. You would think a financial institution would have their member policies on hand for when they are requested.
