I sent a time to do my taxes and went it ten minutes be fore 2 p.m. and some girl come in at 2:01 and took my time .what kind of business are you running? Now I have to reschedule a another time and day. Thank you for your service to the people that we are slaves to you. And we pay you to do taxes for us on our time and your family and friends. And we need to reschedule our time for you and your employees

Location is convenient fast and workers are friendly and professional, would love to give a 5 stars but the tax identity shield service has fallen far short of expectations and until the amount paid for is rectified or future service discounts are offered a 3 is more then generous. Integrity means standing behind your products and promises even when they fail.

These guys charged me 400 bucks for taxes that had already been filed! And have now refused to give me a refund for over 3 YEARS! straight up theft!!!!

Terrible. Was quoted $200-250 over the phone when given details of all tax needs, yet was charged $400 when we went to sign! They did not look at all the paperwork provided and missed vital things, and had to be reminded twice of what was provided to them. Our paperwork was there for two weeks without a word or update, well before the tax deadline, yet I had to keep calling and calling to get them to look at it. Get your taxes done elsewhere.
