I was very happy with the experience. They were very straight forward with me about the car without trying to rip me off. They didn’t push for the extra things to add on.

Unsafe brake repair! Do not recommend.I have taken my vehicle to this location previously for routine service, but recently I had a situation that put my life at risk due to improper service, so I thought I would share.A couple weeks ago, I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance and inspection, since I had a long trip coming up (had to drive up SLC airport and back) and wanted to ensure the car was in good shape beforehand. I got the oil changed, air filters and wiper blades replaced and during the inspection I was informed that my front brakes appeared to be damaged. I agreed to have it repaired and they ordered the parts to do the job.I brought my car back the next day to have the brakes done, about an hour later I received a call from the shop telling me that the technician made a mistake, perhaps saw a shadow on the brake when initially looking, but upon further inspection (with the wheels off) the front brakes were good, needed no repair. However, he told me that my back brakes were looking worn and could stand to be replaced and since the part is the same that they could do that instead. Since I had already dropped the car off and they had the parts, I agreed to have them replace the rear brakes.A few days later I drove to SLC airport (3 hours drive away) and on the return trip I noticed that I had lost about 90% of my stopping power. I was pressing the brake pedal all the way to the floor but it was not stopping, barely slowing in fact. So I drove all the way back to Vernal in that condition and immediately brought the car back into the shop and explained my concern and frustration. The technician took my car back and after some tinkering told me that "sometimes it can slip off the drum and just needed some adjustment" but that they tightened the wheel and it seemed to be braking normally again. He said the "sponginess" in the pedal could be eliminated by doing a brake fluid exchange and that he would do that for me for half price. I declined this service because the sponginess was not the issue, the actual braking ability was.Car seemed to be fine for the next week until my return trip to SLC airport. This time the same thing happened but on the trip to instead of from. I called ahead to a Jiffy Lube in SLC to see if they could help me. Fortunately the technician at the SLC location was very knowledgeable and upon inspecting my brakes she informed me that she had never seen a spring put in quite like mine was. Upon looking up a diagram, she discovered that the spring tensioner was placed in the wrong hole and also pointed out that there was a metal component behind the spring that was free floating, not connected to anything. She refused to allow me to leave the shop until she could repair both brakes for me, both sides were incorrectly done and it may have damaged one of the sides since she was leery to even remove it, feeling that it might break since the spring was placed incorrectly and they probably forced the pieces back together.Fortunately, the SLC location was able to get me back on the road safely in a few hours, and I am eternally grateful for their help.I returned to the Vernal shop this morning and explained the situation, demanded and received a refund for improper service so I can now take my vehicle to the dealership to ensure that no other components were damaged in the process and to get the brakes replaced correctly. Not only was the situation scary, having to drive hundreds of miles on bad brakes, but also endangered my life and the lives of every other driver who passed me on those trips. I will never trust my vehicle to this shop again, not even for the most mundane thing, it's not worth the risk and I highly suggest if their management reads this that you remove brake service offerings from this location, because you should not be offering services that your employees are not equipped to be doing with the utmost certainty that it will be done correctly. If you're a prospective customer, I highly recommend taking your car literally anywhere else but here.

Braxton was curtious, kind, and professional while working on my Acura and showing me what needed to be done to fix the issue. It took a while, but only because of everything I asked them to do and because my specific car was a troublemaker when it came to oil and parts. Thank you!

The skid plate on our car had fallen partially off. We had recently gotten our oil changed in Alabama and noticed it hanging off. They fixed it free of charge and were SO nice and helpful. So appreciative!!!

Price of service had me going here for years until 3 incidents happened. 1-oil filter not screwed on correctly and I took it back. 2- they overfilled oil on my truck which caused gasket leaks and other issues. 3-final straw, I had my son take his recently bought first car, an ugly old thing and paid for full service. My son came back with receipt and no fluids were topped off and no other services were done. Only oil change and new filter. I won't ever go here again. To be fair, this was several years ago but I am still dealing with issues from the overfill.Service: Oil change
