Ive been a customer there for over 6 mos and ive always been happy with the service. Recently they hired me to put new lighting throughout the store and thats when i got a really good impression of just how friendly and super helpful they are to customers. A lot of people need help with shipping or returns and Heather has been patient and friendly. Its a good place with good people!

I went in the Mail Box Express in Vernal last week, and I received excellent service. The manager of the store was super helpful. She helped me find the right packaging to send my package. The store also is clean and organized. 5 stars
