“I will give Corbin 5 stars he was very helpful he done everything he could think of to help me. . he made sure my phone was really working before he just sent me on my way,like the two times before with the same problem. a puk code which i have no idea what that it is or why all of the sudden the phone wants it now? or im locked out? the 2nd time i went to the store. they told me it was the phone& they dont repair phones. when i got to the car i started crying. that nite i put the new sim card in an old phone,it said the same thing. puk code. soooo. IT WAS NOT MY PHONE... so the next day i went back .luckily Corbin is who helped me.& his co-worker. it was so nice to walk out of there know my phone was going to work even if it got powered off& turned back on..i feel like he should get a raise employee of the month something special? I feel like he was very kind when i was needing it. thank you to him for that. as far as AT&T &the other guys that were working when i went in & asked for help,the very least is what both of them done. so 2 stars for them. Management maybe should pay closer attention to whats goin on& how the customers are being treated. Corbin 5 Stars!!!!”
