I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF THE S SHOW OF An INSTITUTIONS ATM PROBLEMS. I literally get to use it about once a month. Because it's ALWAYS DOWN. 3/4's of the month this branches ATM is not working. And has been this way forever. What a disgrace. ATM's are vital for customers. Do you not know that???? How could this problem STILL EXIST. Going to Grand Valley Bank. To heck w/ this. WHAT A JOKE.

I lost my husband in Aug. Of this year. The bank showed up to my house with Santa for my two young children. They gave us what i couldn't. The people at the bank are truely God sent. Thank you so very much..

The staff was friendly and informative. There was no waiting in line. They fixed my problem quickly and effectively. Shout out to Miranda who walked out to the ATM to make sure the problem was corrected. I love my bank❤️

I stopped into this branch to see the manager who is fantastic. I knew him when he was at the Roosevelt Branch and trust him to give me the information that I need to make informed choices. His name is Kasen Goodrich. Mr. Goodrich was not in, but while I was there I decided to do some bank transactions that I had been putting off. I was assisted by a young man named Braxton. He has probably one of the best customer service attitudes I've seen in a long time. Great to see our younger generation with such attitudes and work ethics. I will probably drive from Roosevelt to Vernal in the future for this type of interaction.

AN MAISEY THE TOOK THERE TIME TO HELP ME WITH ALL OF MY MANY PROBLEMS. NOT ONLY DID THEY MAKE IT VERY EASY TO ASK FOR HELP BUT THEY STAYED 30 MINS AFTER CLOSING. JUST TO MAKE SURE I WAS TAKEN CARE OF AN THEY DID THAT OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF THERE HEART THANKS GUYS!!

The vernal branches have gone down hill so bad with this current manager they have. I was also taught that your employees are a reflection of who their leader is and this shows all too well with the current vernal branch manager and also the employees. So disappointing that none of the employees take pride in their jobs and it says a lot about their manager and the person that he truly is and how he treats his employees.

I normally have a good experience with MACU, although I do wish that the drive thru was a bit faster. It's not uncommon to wait 15-20 min in line even on slower days.
