Namaste Healing

Hours: At Namaste Healing we are dedicated to a healthy balance between the mind, body, and soul. Namaste Healing has been a safe haven for many people experiencing an imbalance in their life. We offer a way to find calm in everyday challenges that many of us experience. We offer many services to help achieve this balance. Each of our services helps with an aspect of the mind, body or soul and some benefit more than one. We offer support for grief healing, stress management, and personal growth. We have meditation and yoga classes. We focus on the energy centers of the body through a balance using crystals and/or sound vibrations in Crystal Therapy. We also are introducing our new innovative Light Therapy Vitality Light into the Basin Area!
