I wanna start this with I understand a salon backing their hairstylists but admitting when they messed up seems to be hard for them. Blaming the customer for “bad communication” seems to be a lot of their responses to their low level reviews. I have taken the time to read most their reviews and I went and got my hair done the other day. My honest opinion if your having a hard time communicating with your hairstylist before they touch your hair just leave…. communication seems to be their downfall.
