You spend time with him and let him adjust to new dogs slowly since he is a little timid at first. I can't thank you enough for your professionalism, your skill and knowledge of dogs and specifically learning to know all about Hank and what makes him tick! You take the time and give space for them to observe the shop and other dogs (if they are comfortable) and don’t just keep them back in kennels alone. I can see that you love dogs and that it’s not just a business for you! You mean a lot to us and Hank ❤️

I just wanted to mention something I’ve noticed a few times. When I order an Americano with vanilla cold foam, it has been made with cream added to the coffee, even though I didn’t request it. I’ve mentioned it before without asking for my drink to be remade, but it keeps happening.
Would you please make a note for the baristas that unless a customer specifically asks for cream, it shouldn’t be added? I would really appreciate it.
