“I always give you a 5+ when boarding our dog, Hank!!!! He is so comfortable there. You spend time with him and let him adjust to new dogs slowly since he is a little timid at first. I can't thank you enough for your professionalism, your skill and knowledge of dogs and specifically learning to know all about Hank and what makes him tick! You take the time and give space for them to observe the shop and other dogs (if they are comfortable) and don’t just keep them back in kennels alone.
