Awesome job, smooth home purchase! We had a pretty specific house and budget in mind, so it was rough searching for homes, but Rick did a great job finding every opportunity for us to look at, and when we made a decision Rick was great taking care of us throughout the purchase process. Made a stressful situation painless. I find writing reviews stressful, and finding a house was pretty stressful too. While Rick can't help me on this end he certainly made the house finding/buying process smooth and painless. I appreciated his knowledge.
