Melanie at River Runners has always been awesome for our shuttles. The vehicles ARE where we ask them to be on the date we want them there. Simple, reliable, and 100% what I want out of a shuttle service. I've been using them since 2018 and recommend them to all my rafting amigos doing Dinosaur trips.

We used RRT for shuttle on a recent Gates of Lodore trip and our vehicles arrived at the take-out on time and in the condition we left them - seems elementary, but that's a high bar in the world of shuttle companies sometimes.
Melanie, Ed, and co were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable to make sure we had everything in good order during the planning process, and the shuttle crew was even able to grab an item we left at the put-in and put it back in the appropriate car so it was waiting at the takeout. Thankful for their services and hope we have the chance to use them again on a future trip!

The most professional, detail oriented, and friendliest raft rental company in the business. On the phone, Melanie is the best and has superior customer service skills. On the ground, Ed was fantastic and came with all of the knowledge we'd need for a successful trip. The equipment was excellent and seemed almost new. We are so grateful to these folks and wish we could come back to run the Yampa every year!

I don’t usually post reviews but I wanted to since I was so impressed. I was part of a large private rafting group going down the Green who rented rafts, other equipment and got food through RRT. There were so many logistics and our order and needs kept changing. They worked with us and everything showed up on time and complete. They really thought through things and provided everything we needed on the river. We had a great trip.

I cannot recommend Melanie and Ed and River Runners Transport highly enough. As a former river guide and NPS ranger in Dinosaur National Monument, I've been on every type of shuttle imaginable over the years: buses, vans, personal vehicles, even bicycle shuttles. RRT will help you get to the river and back. They communicate well, stand behind their contracts with integrity, and will bend over backward to help you get your trip on the river. They did a fine job of shuttling a trip on the Green River for a group I accompanied many years ago, and a few seasons ago helped us rearrange plans when unforeseen medical issues delayed us. Fine people and a decent outfit.

Friendly service, and the store has "Good" block ice. All of the vehicles were at the takeout on time. They were so easy to work with for our transportation needs.

5 stars isn't enough! They were flexible when I had to make changes to my travel plans. They delivered my truck and trailer on time. Just really nice people.

We couldn’t have been better served!There was a problem with a tire losing air on our friend’s trailer. We contacted the Shuttle office, explained the situation, and left it in their capable hands. At the end of a wonderful five-day float both of our outfits were waiting for us at Split Mt Campground with the problem tire holding air, having had a new valve stem installed, and we were ready to hit the road for home. We are SO grateful!!

I am writing this review for my son since only active yelp accounts get reviews posted. See the bottom of the review page under not recommended reviews for additional 1 stat reviews.My son and his group of friends used this company to shuttle their vehicles. We would highly recommend against using them.My son keeps his worktruck in excellent condition and it was returned to him with 2 ruined tires, one was thrown away along with his tire sensor and one was clearly driven flat. He got his truck back with a under inflated spare on one side and a random mismatched tire on the other side . His contract clearly stated to park his vehicle if anything went wrong and not only didn't they park it, they threw away one damaged tire with his sensor, and want to charge him for the mismatched one they put on. We have driven hundreds of miles on dirt roads and never had this happen to us. There was another car which also had a flat during the shuttle. We can only think that these vehicles must have been driven at excess speeds and in a unsafe way. We do not recommend this company for vehicle shuttles!

***UPDATE: After leaving review I received a full refund as earlier promised.***? BEWARE.? DO NOT PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT ? WITH THIS COMPANY.They will not refund and are now blocking ? my phone calls.I put down a deposit of $525 just prior to Covid stay home orders March 14th 2020. I emailed 11 days later to get a refund. Melanie said they could hold the deposit 2 years until after Covid. I agreed to help them. When we decided to not do the trip I reached out again to get my refund once again. Melanie emailed back saying the credit card was expired. (I had already gave her the current number again.) I called again from a WORK phone so she would take my call and gave her the credit card ? number again. STILL NO REFUND. I have now emailed Melanie several times (3) without a response. She has also ? BLOCKED my phone number also I have left several messages without any being returned.

We used the excellent services of River Runners Transport Inc there in Vernal and had the absolutely best interactions one could hope to experience.
