For the first 2 years the wifi was great. Now it is a living hell. They have came and replaced out routers like 3 times now. Calling them to reboot the wifi only fixes it for a few hours. I cant even watch youtube nor do anything without latency. We pay for I think 35mb/s and we probably only get around 2-3mb/s if that. The prices are way too high. They also sell “guaranteed prices” which just shows that you aren't ever going to get what you pay for unless if you pay an outrageous amount of money. Just not worth it. Strata is 10000% better. Also has way better prices. You can get fiber for what you pay for 35mb/s with sbt.

After working with sbt and their tech support I wish to change my review. It did take some time but my internet issues were resolved. My connection is great and I appreciate the willingness to fix it. I will be recommending sbt to my friend that live in my area. Thank you sbt.

Great internet, we are happy with how fast it is ! Download speed and upload speed is great just as advertised !! Havent had any problems with the internet and been a very satisfied customer .

Yesterday i called Dave the owner of the company to see if there was any availiability to have installation services into my house. To my surprise they were able to install the very same day. He sent his technician Ben to my house and i was absolutely impressed. Ben was such a gentleman and very thourogh in his work. He even took the time to explain how thier eleganly tailored network works.Coming from strata to these guys is a night and day difference. Fair buisiness practices and competitve pricing as well as a network not plagued by shotty work. I even asked Ben if they assess trip charges and they do not. I live in the middle of town and strata saw it fit to do so. After one single day with them i can honestly say i hope to support their buisiness for years to come. For the life of me i dont understand why they are not the dominant provider. I am optimistic that they will be the only provider i will ever need and will always be welcome in my home. Stellar job and the way internet should be!

I have been with sbt internet for awhile now, they have affordable prices, plus by far amazing customer service. I would recommend anyone that is looking for internet to check them out, if ever I have problems or questions they have been quick to resolve the issue. Thank you sbt.

Please do not buy this internet whatever you do!! I am currently paying for around 25 MB and yet for the past month we have been only getting 1 MB. The service is horrible. Several times they have came to replace the router saying it will "fix it." Literally any other WIFI is better than this. They are just in it for the money. You can tell they are too because they have a really expensive subscription u can have for "guaranteed internet speed." Only 15 MB a month for "guaranteed" internet is $115+. As I say again. DO NOT BUY THIER SERVICE. Its a complete waste of money.

I live in In the Basin and have had SBT for a year... I work from home on the computer, always had the CALL CENTERS, they have never failed me. I have kids that run TV’s while I work and have never had a lag or issues with connection a single time. I switched to Strata because they thought these guys were Satellite and they are not! I never had issues on the phone being with them so I have switched back and my work has excepted them to be able to work the phones with there internet. Highly recommend these guys!

Extremely expensive for the hopes of "up to 35mbps" at 75 dollars. Had them for almost 7 years and have never had consistent speeds. Usually less than 10mbps all day.Edit:After speaking to the owner and being treated like a child by him.... I'm grateful for public forums like this to say that l feel ashamed for his employees. He is very condescending towards customers and is unwilling to accept that his paying customers expect what we pay for.The next day I get this as an email:Quinn,We've reviewed your account and have decided to terminate your internet service effective May 22nd, 2021. This will give you two weeks to get your new internet service activated; Starlink's website gives an estimate of "within 2 weeks" to receive their equipment. This should also be more than enough time to get service established with Strata Networks if you'd prefer.On the 22nd we will process your refund which will include the unused portion of the service you've already paid for this month, as well as the month ahead you've already paid. We will also include a small credit as you've been unhappy with your service lately.To avoid any confrontation, we will not be retrieving any of our equipment from your property; feel free to dispose of it as you see fit.If you have any questions about your refund, please feel free to email us here. We have blocked your number and will not be receiving any future text messages or calls from you.
