Sorry to say that on that day we were there, the male cashier went to show us were something was and if he moved any faster he would have broke a hip and acted as if he didnt care ! Or the attitude that he had to work that day !

Good gear at good prices! Forgot my sleeping bag on a recent road trip. Found a suitable substitute for now at a decent price. Never hurts to have 2 I guess? Also scored a sweet oil lantern for an excellent deal.

Sportmans is a great place to shop for camping/fishing gear. The prices maybe a little more than buying off of Amazon. All in All it's a great place.

My husband went to return a bow we purchased today because it wasn’t what he wanted. Per their policy he has 30 days to return it, regardless of reason as long as it is in resalable condition and he has all the original packaging and receipt.Which he did.When he went in 3 employees told him it’s a weapon and can’t be returned, which is only true with bang bangs.The manager named Sam began YELLING at him, in front of our daughter no less, that any REAL ARCHER would just adjust it and because it wasn’t defective she wouldn’t accept the return because the other manager, Natasha, would not allow her. Mind you my husband is a very quiet and polite fella, so he left quietly and called me to check into it.My husband and his family have been hunting since before he was born and it was not a matter of the bows ability after being adjusted but what he was wanting from it.After he left we contacted corporate who informed us that NONE of what Sam and Natasha said was true, or appropriate for that matter. They sent information to return it via shipping. I contacted the store to inform them of their mistake when Kyler, the hunting manager, was able to quickly take care of the issue. We truly appreciated his professionalism and handling the return in store to avoid further delays.I’m not sure how Sam is a manager after hearing her speak to customers so aggressively and disrespectfully without any factual information and just her opinion.Needless to say all of our family’s hunting equipment will be purchased elsewhere as the majority (excluding Kyler) of their staff is uneducated on their own store policies and clearly customer service.If you encounter an issue with any returns at this store, I encourage you to contact corporate because the staff including 2/3 of the management doesn’t know or follow their own store policies.

I bought a Honda generator took it and a quart of oil to check out. The cashier said We can't let you take the generator until we put gas and oil in and start it up. Said it was Honda policy. So I wait 20 minutes thinking they would fill it with oil an put a little gas in and make sure it would start. Thinking I told the cashier if you are filling it with oil I don't need to buy any. They bring the generator back . I load it in and go camping. We are a ways out of town and it's cold so I go to start the generator. I top it off with gas and the generator won't start. So I check the oil and Sportsman didn't put enough oil in for it to start. Now it's dark and we are a long way from any place to get oil. I was so mad that they had lied to me and made me wait in thier store while they pretended to do something that they didn't do. I would not recommend anybody to shop at Sportsman's Warehouse.

I went in to grab some rifle ammo this week that my friend had purchased 2 weeks earlier from this store. Two employees standing behind the gun counter, no other customers around. Because my vision isnt great, I asked them if they could help me find the specific caliber I was looking for. One of the guys says he didn't know if they had it, and the other said if it was there, it would just be on the shelf. No directions, no help, nothing. They just went back to having their conversation and so I walked away. I certainly didn't want to inconvenience them to do their job. I left the store and told my friend I dont think I'll ever go back into a Sportsman's ever again if that is their idea of customer service. I can order it online shipped to my house, just figured I would try to support the local business if they wanted it. Such a disappointment to witness.

I like this store but they didn't have what I needed, and a limited supply to begin with. This is something that would only be found here, or online at Amazon. They lost money to a competitor!
