Saved the day! My colleague from SLC was driving to a meeting in Steamboat Springs and found out he needed 215 photos. I called The Copy Stop to see if by chance at 4pm in afternoon they could get it done. Cameron was very confident he could, the upload was seamless and the print was perfect. He even went the extra step to help us because we couldn't get to the shop before it closed, and collaborated with the next door business to hold our photos until we got there. Talk about service! I can't say enough about how great the service & quality was. Oh, and btw, I am located in New York and had to just trust that it would work. Thank you so much Cameron and the Copy Stop for saving the day! Buffalo Craftsmen

Unfortunately really bad first experience with this print shop. Had a poster as well as a few 8.5x11 sheets sent to be printed, and both products came out poorly. The colors, which were all the same CMYK code, printed out completely different, and appeared like the printer was running out of ink. I also added bleeds and trim marks to my file and nothing was trimmed down. The man assisting me said it was “too hard to trim”. He also said “there was nothing he could do” when I asked why the prints looked the way they did. I’ve done business with a lot of print shops in my line of work and have never had these kinds of issues nor lack of customer service unfortunately.

I was able to send them a PDF file online and gave them instructions on how I wanted a planner printed out. It turned out great and the service was awesome, professional, and quick. I was so glad I just had to pick it up because I have 2 young kids.

We took our blank wedding invitations there in fear that we would mess them up doing them ourselves, and they did an amazing job. We sent them an email about how we wanted them, left them the blank copies, and they were done fast. They were extremely helpful, and providing friendly customer service. So... The tech that responded to our service request was very nice and realistic in his assessment that he may not be able to fix the printer. I understand that not every problem can be fixed. He said he would take the printer back and see if he could repair it. Then the sales pitch came out. It was VERY clear that they have a printer service to sell. It's about $1200 a year for a $5,000 printer. I get that they are willing to service the printer and provide toner at no extra cost. I just felt like I could find a printer for less. And I did! Staples got me a laserjet printer for 1/10th the cost. Yes, the cost of toner is on me but I'm ok with that. It felt like they were not really selling the service I wanted as much as selling their very high priced printing package.I didn't know what we were in for when they returned our printer and my receptionist let them know that we were not interested in their service. The tech became rude and unkind to my receptionist. I was unavailable at the time or he would have got a lesson in how not to treat people.In the end, Automated Business Equipment, you don't enhance your reputation by allowing the slightest bad attitude to be conveyed to a customer. I payed $200+ for you to tell me that my printer was not repairable and then treat my receptionist poorly. The letter you sent in response to my request for an apology (not a freebie) said that the person who returned the printer was upset that no one told him we would not be using your services. Whose responsibility is it to make the call? I was willing to pay for good service, not for upset and complaining service. That's just plain bad business.
