Why does UPS back to the post office and drop packages instead of delivering them. I have had packages delivered to my address for thirty years now I have to go to the post office to pick up. To lazy to delivery. Yes if I wanted it to come to the post office I would have done it postal. Any day of the week you see UPS back to the post office and deliver packages that should have been delivered direct to the address. You really turned in to a horrible company.

Don’t bother trying to call to talk to an actual person. It will only give you an automated call that will have you put in the tracking number that will tell you there’s an issue with the delivery of your package and then it will disconnect.

Such bad customer service and always has chaotic delivery times, or poorly documented mis-delivered items. They never document or take photos, so it’s really hard to file claims or track down packages that are often lost or delivered to wrong place. Some of the delivery drivers are great- but because you can’t always pick your driver, due to the vernal customer service line being “disconnected or no longer in service,” and with their sporadic hours, it is difficult to plan a time to even drive the hour it takes for us to drive out there. If there was a working phone number for this location and regular office hours, it would make a big difference to us locals who are always losing time and money chasing the orders around. I have a registered ups tracking account and always provide a phone number- but they never use it.

Okay the phone number is inactive for the vernal transfer station, and so when they misdeliver an item, you can’t call and talk to someone to track down where it ended up. i’ve had packages delivered to this address many times before, it’s a verified address with specific instructions, and the last package was misdelivered. It says “left at gate.” And i don’t have a gate? But since they don’t have contact info for this vernal location, it’s impossible to track down or file claims on misdelivered packages out here. Luckily the company who sent order did an easy refund and just placed order as lost or stolen, but this isn’t first time it’s happened to me out here- and my only neighbor with a gate i could think of, well, let’s just say he is not trustworthy. The rest i have are amazing but the only gate guy, not so much.. but it’s just tricky because there’s no way to find out where it was actually delivered to. I even signed up to have an agent from ups contact me, which they did, but then i was transferred to the disconnected line I had already tried earlier in morning.

Misdelivered package, again. The link the sender had for their delivery address was correct one, and i’ve verified it with UPS before. It says “left at gate.” But there is no gate at this address. additionally, it is impossible to get ahold of a rep or delivery customer service rep at this vernal location. Even the main UPS center, who i signed up for a list to get a call back from, transferred me to the same “disconnected line” that google shows for this location. Complete dumpster fire. It’s our only option out here so we just have to put up with it. Look at the comments- they misdeliver left and right, even to folks who have registered and marked addresses. Who knows what is going on at this facility but, if you have any other options- use another freight company

I am so tired of coming home to see my packages tossed over our fence instead of being brought to our door. We order expensive equipment for my husbands shop and it just sits out in the snow next to the fence when it only takes less than 1 minute to put it on our porch. It’s been going on for months now. Get it together!!

I have my address posted on my house and twice on my fence. The last 2 deliveries have been delivered to my neighbors house. I have delivery instructions on how to find my house. Good thing I have a honest neighbor and they have as well. We end up having to deliver the packages to each other. Some drivers actually find the correct address.Update: make that 3 packages have been delivered to my neighbors house. Guess I need to expect the next package to be delivered there also

I didn’t know you guys could smoke in those trucks. I also hate the fact that my packages are still being thrown over my fence and not brought to my porch. I try to call but I never get an answer.

We have lived here for 18 years and still most of my packages are delivered to the wrong address. Today my package was actually delivered to my address but it had a large rip and shattered glass. UGH

Iv been trying to find my package for the last 2 days. It says delivery attempt but I was home all day and they never came by. I can't get anyone on the phone I never got "A notice with instructions" where is my package???
