Applied for my passport through them July 17th 2023 and they lost everything 😂 I had to jump through the hoops to get a new birth certificate and they still took my money. Apparently people in the vernal post office are just slow. Just slow people. Bless their hearts.

Gary at this branch location deserves a raise or bonus for being so helpful and understanding even when it is UPS that is the problem not USPS. USPS is lucky to have Gary at this location.

It’s disappointing that our local USPS mail service can’t even deliver packages to the right address. They need deliverers that can read addresses and deliver the package correctly. I’m so excited for Amazon to open their distribution center in Vernal.

went to go ship some pants and glasses for DePop went in there with a QR code for shipping label, the QR code already paid for shipping. Went in there and had to pay for shipping. I’ve done DePop shipping before at several other USPS locations and never had to pay. Workers are also very disrespectful. The owner didn’t even wanna come talk to me when I asked to see the owner.

Seems to always need to pay extra postage to get mail. It can travel all around the US, get lost for days however as soon as it gets to Vernal additional postage is then stamped on it. Also a lot of times mail is marked as delivered when it isn't.

Keep getting other addresses mail delivered to my mailbox. Have several undelivered packages. My packages delivered to wrong address. Packages arrive in Vernal then sent back to Salt Lake then redelivered a week late. Missing mail.

If ur tracking info say it's to be delivered ered on a certain date then it should be if you pay even just priority mail it should be there the day it say or u shouldn't scam people for money the lady that helped me acted like I was stupid to say but it says it's to be delivered today's I even showed hee and she said u paid for 2 day priority flat rate and here we are 3 days later and it move all night the 1st night and has sat all day yesterday and now gonna sit all day today .....10 dollars to wait the same time as if it was mailed regular it's a scam man and its wrong

Mail lady that delivers to 100 South refuses to deliver mail. We have cleaned everything, got rid of the dogs, and paid her, 500$ and I still have to go to the post office to get packages. The service in vernal is a joke. I don't expect any less from government, but goodness.
