horrible customer service, i was in the office trying to get my license plate figured out, and one of the managers was yelling at an employee. it just seems that they don’t care about their employees. i see them standing outside while it’s freezing and there isn’t anyone there.

My car had a little mud in the tires after a camping trip this weekend. I learned if you have mud on your car go to a different car wash. They have someone inspect your car before going in to see if it’s clean enough to be washed. They say it’s for safety and to protect their equipment, but I’ve been to many car washes with my car in much worse condition and those ones seemed to handle it just fine. You’d think with how expensive these guys are they could afford some equipment that can handle mud. Or at least put up a sign saying you don’t wash muddy cars to spare me the embarrassment of having to back out of line in front of everyone after I had already waited in line for a while.

Went to their free car wash the other week and they said it was their best 22 $ wash... Was not impressed. If that really was there best wash I wouldn't buy a pass . Hopefully it was just a marketing ploy and they were lying and the 22 $wash is better or people are getting ripped off. Free vacuums are nice though

Great service friendly staff and a beautiful clean car. It can't be any better than this and somehow I was adjusting the windshield things and my own door slammed on me and I couldn't get it open the manager ran over open it magically and I think he's wonderful as well as this company love you guys
