Staff were aggressive in helping me find what I needed. They must have a lot of theft because they seemed anxious to get me out the door. I like to browse and Cleary that made them nervous. So out the door I went without purchasing anything. Will not shop there again.

I’ve never been asked for a BIN or PCH number on my insurance card. The woman who helped me would not run my insurance without this number even though it is nowhere to be found on the card. She indicated that I was the only person who doesn’t have this information. Never heard of it.

They constantly give me judgmental looks and treat me like a junkie simply for the medicine I’m prescribed, and I’ve noticed many times they have not filled the prescription correctly, and they do not call doctors when you ask for an authorization on a refillI have almost ended up in the ER multiple times because of this, and the fact that my medicine is life threatening if gone withoutAnywhere other than Walgreens is a better option. It’s almost as if these people want you to suffer

I have used this pharmacy since I was a kid and I have never been treated this way before. Yesterday (Sunday) at 3:45pm they were closed and all the manager could do is argue with me. Sound like someone either can't handle this job or needs to look into a different career field. Plus how ethical is it to charge someone for a prescription before it's picked up?! My son needed medicine and they did nothing but make it an absolute nightmare!!!!

I bought a used thrifted film camera and some 35mm film and decided to test it out. Brought the roll here to have it developed - took over 10 days to have it developed, and apparently the camera was broken the whole time so I only got one glitched photo out of it. So I paid full price to have one messed up, completely unrecognizable picture out of it. It would have been nice if I had been made aware or something, they had my phone number and email. Also I have noticed that they are closing earlier and earlier these days. Maybe if Walgreen paid people a living wage, they wouldn't struggle with the skeleton crew they have running this place.

Fine store but the sales staff left a lot to be desired. Had to listen to the check out clerk argue with a customer over Covid vaccine effectiveness where she was actively saying they didn’t work. Then as we were checking out, rather than just scanning our items, she decided to comment on each of them, including some personal medical items. Completely rude and uncomfortable experience. Customer service training is needed. Or at the very least, tact.

Do NOT give the pharmacy your phone number because you will get constant robo calls from them. I had to block their number cause they call all hours of the day.
