I have a special needs daughter so having to go into the store is a lot of work, and I’m putting her at risk of getting very sick. So today I decided to do grocery pickup.Usually the app lets me select substitute items but today it didn’t, I just wasn’t going to get that item. I called in and spoke to a very kind and patient representative. I now know his name is curry. If I heard him correctly. Anyways, I let him know that I needed 2 lemons for a dessert recipe I was going to try tonight so he personally went and got them himself.Not only that, but when I got home I realized he had actually given me 4 lemons just in case.Tonight a few hours later I started making the cream cheese lemon bars that I had planned but my order was missing that main ingredient.? I called back and I had the opportunity to speak with the same representative as before. That’s when he told me his name and that he gave me an extra lemon just in case.we live about an hour away, but luckily my husband is in vernal so he’s going to pick up that cream cheese that curry is getting ready for pickup. I really appreciate the amazing service I was provided and we need more people in the world like curry.?

This isn't a review of Wlmart Supercenter, but of a product that is sold there. I bought Sony blue earbuds that promised online to have an inline volume control. I'm old and share wired earbuds with my husband. He needs it louder than me, so I thought this might be a solution. WRONG! It doesn't work, and it grips me that I'm lied to! Also the sound quality was tinny and awful. Okay, the price is "right", well then "you get what you pay for." Don't buy these earbuds! I plan to copy this review to the Sony company.

I am a current employee here and can confirm that this stores management does not care about food safety. They will put expired food on the shelves and will put things that are absolutely not safe, based off the company's policy, back on the shelves. I recommend not purchasing anything that is supposed to be "fresh" from this location.

Bought four trailer tires from Walmart on line went in to Vernal Ut Walmart to have them installed, waited 30 minutes for someone to help get them installed. They had one car coming in at 9:00 that had an appointment for a oil change and 3 or four people walking around in the shop and one car and I was told I would have to wait? Four bays and one car in the shop and people not doing anything but talking and walking around. Needless to say I was done! I left and will not have anything done at their so called service department ever again. I have always used them for oil changes, tires and batteries. NEVER AGAIN.

Placed a pick-up order for 4:00 to 5:00 pm. At 4:00 pm, I received a message that my order was not ready, I live 30 miles from the store and was already within 2 miles. Finally received notification that my order was ready for pick-up about 5 minutes later. I pulled into space 26 and called the number to let them know I was there. Waited 30 minutes and called again. Both times, I was informed to leave my information (name on order and space number). Another 15 minutes passed, and I called a third time. Finally, I got a live person who who was unaware of them having a message system. BOTTOM LINE: Don't leave a message. Keep calling until you speak to a live person.

Very happy with this Walmart. They had everything we needed and they even had a dirt lot for semi trucks to park in. We were allowed to park their overnight.

Our cookies dropped on the floor so I ran back to get another package. The cashier made us pay for the new one and the dropped cookies. If I didn't need them for an open house tomorrow I would have told her to cancel our entire order. I don't plan on shopping here again.

The last two times I have come to the automotive center it has been a TERRIBLE experience. I have had to wait over 20 minutes to be helped when there are employees in the shop. When I go inside not a single person is at the desk. Walmart auto center has lost my business forever.
