I like coming in here to get my ring cleaned but the sales associates have very little knowledge about anything. Came in earlier today and the girl behind the counter had no idea what a nose ring was. Come on you work in a jewelry store. Educate your associates better.

A diamond fell out of my ring. I took it over and they quickly set it back in and tightened all the stones that were knocked loose. Amazing service & quick service. So happy they could fix my ring locally. The staff is really accommodating and nice as well.
